Welcome to Cilantro! A cozy, welcoming place where you can enjoy delicious, authentic Mexican food and feel right at home.

Located in the Fishkill Village Square Plaza on Main Street in Fishkill, we’ve been proudly serving our community since December 2009. We may be a little easy to miss, but once you find us, we hope you’ll become part of the Cilantro family and keep coming back for years to come.

Over the years, many of our longtime guests have called us a “hidden gem.” We like to think of ourselves a little differently. We’re a family, we’re home.

To us, family means a friendly face, a warm welcome, and a delicious hot meal whenever you need one. That’s what Cilantro is, a place where our guests feel comfortable, cared for, and like they’re among family at home.

One of the people at the heart of Cilantro is our co-owner and chef, Alex, who was born and raised in Puebla, Mexico. With many years of experience as a chef, Alex brings his passion for Mexican cooking and his love of sharing good food with every dish that comes out of our kitchen. For him, food is about more than a meal. It’s about bringing people together.

Whether you’re stopping in for a casual meal and a good drink, planning a celebration, or looking for catering for your next event, Alex and the Cilantro family are here to make you feel at home.

After more than 15 years in the Fishkill community, we’re grateful for every guest who has walked through our doors, and we look forward to welcoming many more.
